A curated adventure holiday to reconnect us to our mother Earth and her special elemental nature. We have chosen El Salvador, and Mizata specifically, for her rawness, her wildness and her beauty. Put the phone down, take off your shoes and let the distractions of your everyday life subside while you equalize, energize and take a moment to feel freedom again.
Created for driven, adventurous and open hearted humans navigating the ups and downs of life, this 5-day immersion strips life back to its essentials: breath, movement, sound, sweat, stillness, and nature.
Let the days unfold barefoot between ocean horizons, jungle paths, fire ceremony, and embodied practices.

WHAT to expect
01 / unique accomodation
Set in the jungle, on a pristine volcanic beach, you will sleep to the sounds of the waves rolling onto shore and wake to the sound of birds praising the sun. Choose from a selection of Tree Houses or Bungalows to rest your body and enjoy the tranquility of this vortex. Comfort meets nature on this retreat.
02 / Special moments
It’s not often you get to sit on a wild beach and enjoy a bonfire. We have curated a number of special moments throughout this adventure of the soul, so expect to make memories you will treasure for a long time to come. Think hiking, waterfalls, surfing, horse back riding, yoga and breathwork.
03 / traditional ceremony
El Salvador is steeped in Mayan culture and tradition. The Temezcal is one of those cleansing ceremonies that needs to be experienced at least once in your lifetime. Experience the real power of this land and the elements as expert facilitators take us on an inward journey through music, song and group connection.
